Terms of Service

By accessing and using the InstaXpress website (instaxpress.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

InstaXpress is a brand operated by AALA IT Solutions. References to "InstaXpress," "we," "us," or "our" refer to AALA IT Solutions operating under the InstaXpress brand.

InstaXpress provides growth engineering services including but not limited to:

• Growth Systems Sprints (funnel audits, automation setup, attribution)
• Engine Builds (AI content pipelines, ad infrastructure, dashboards)
• Growth Retainers (ongoing optimization, campaign management, scaling)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements between InstaXpress and the client.

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and tools as agreed
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including custom designs, copy, configurations, and documentation.

InstaXpress retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery. We reserve the right to use anonymized project outcomes as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Sprints require 100% payment upfront
• Engine Builds are billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance

Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current.

InstaXpress provides growth engineering services on a best-effort basis. While we work to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or return on investment as these depend on factors outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, credentials, analytics, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client receives all completed deliverables and work-in-progress
• Outstanding payments for completed work remain due
• Access credentials are returned or revoked as appropriate

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with site functionality, or using automated systems to scrape content without permission.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of InstaXpress / AALA IT Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
